Values which add limits refer to the personnel caps of a specific unit. TimeMinute is self explanatory and defines the amount of time construction will take, in minutes. The original numbers in those lines are placeholders for pre-defined numbers, however typing any number in there will also work. Those define what kind of resources you need to construct the platform and how many of them you will need, respectively. The values you're looking for are: ResourceA/ResourceB and ResourceACount/ResourceBCount. There are also lines for building FOBs in there, however I am not certain how this will interact when playing online as I myself do not play FOB and do not intend to. You'll find the names of each respective unit in the line for any specific platform. The first four lines are for your command platform, the next few are for specialized platforms. If you'd like to modify the price and/or times for platform construction, then you can find those at the beginning of the file, starting with line 2. Ranks tend to range from F to S, with some unit functions lacking lower ranks. The modification starts at line 421 and involves modifying lines containing : TppMotherBaseManagementConst.SECTION_FUNC_ID_X, where X is the ID of whatever unit function you're looking for. My edits are marked with CFW if you want to play with the values.

First of all, head to your Steam install folder, which by default is Local Disk (C:) / Program Files (x86) / Steam You’re going to need to navigate to your MGS 5 configuration file folder. As a guide, it revolves around enabling Adaptive V-Sync, which overwrites MGS 5’s native V-Sync. Now we've got hold of a pretty simple fix if you want to remove the frame rate cap in Metal Gear Solid 5 on PC, and all you’ve got to do is follow the simple instructions below. Konami made the decision to limit the maximum frame rate to 60 frames per second, and up until now there was no workaround for PC gamers who wanted to unleash the full capabilities of their graphics cards. Despite performing great and being extremely well optimised indeed, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain comes with a frame rate cap on PC.
